First goal because we were all over the place after the Marshall save and nobody bothered to pick up Huddlestone
Second goal on side and nobody bothered to pick up the run of Jelovic.

it took quite a deflection, and once its deflrcted to end up in the net has to be lucky?

3rd Goal - Bad Marking :o

4th Goal - Stray Pass :o

Let's be fair Hull's front 2 - looked liked they played upfront together all season .

True, but you make your own luck. We gave him all the time in the world whilst our useless back 4 were busy organising themselves after the Marshall save, ignoring the fact that play hadn't stopped. Someone (Taylor?) should have got out to him quicker and blocked the shot or our midfield tracked him.

I think that's the first game caulker have had an absolute mare. Worst possible game for him to have one imo. Not sure Taylor is let near a top flight game of football and then there's fabio...

The rule states "if any part of your body other than your arms" So why are you lining up the feet you mug?
The players top half of his body is clearly offside from your own evidence.
Still think we would have lost mind as we can't score and can't defend at the moment.

Good to watch at times mind.

After reading it again, it says anything OTHER than your arms. So arms are ok, i assume because you cant score with your arms.

Ill be back....

Clearly onside.

What do you mean ive cut his hand off?

Didnt you just tell me to read the rules? Arms and hands cannot be offside. Maybe you should read them? :laughing6:

Hes onside by quite a distance, it isnt even level. And yes the ball has left his foot, hence the blur - its starting its forward motion. Its a frezze frame from sky technology which stops the frame as the ball leaves the foot

Its amazing what people convince themselves of when grieving a loss, there is clearly half a yard of space between his upper body and the cardiff defenders foot for gods sake

It's always an excuse with us, why don't we get any offside or lucky goals? That's because we are not creating them, you make your own luck in this game and we just don't have the quality to do so.

:sleepy2: Why do people argue with Roath and make themselves look idiots in the process? Long is quite clearly ON SIDE, the 4 goals were not lucky or flukes and City were Shiite and embarrassing

agree. its not lack of effort its a poor squad.
loads of players that are not good enough.

but to have 3 first half attacks and score twice has to have an element of fortune.
we dominate territory.possesion, had more shots and corners..BUT FAILED TO SCORE....AGAIN.....

Id say the first one was some what lucky as it wasnt intended by huddlestone. But it was a good strike anyway, a deflection is always one of the possibilities when striking through bodies. Its not like its never happened before.

But yes, long is clearly onside whether you measure from his head, foot, arse or elbow makes no difference.

Jelavic and Long are better versions of Campbell and Jones, and them two are nothing special. They will do the job in the champ but are far from good enough for the prem. You would of thought Sunderland getting rid of them both would be a sign they are not good enough for the prem.

Ok.

Never offside.

Mug :laughing6:

Draw as many lines as you like. To the naked eye from that shot the players top half of his body is clearly nearer to the goal.
You fucked up by thinking it was foot to foot which is why you erroneously highlighted this.
Like I said mug.
PS. Who didn't know the offside rule.

so he is offside because it looks like he is "to the naked eye".... Thats a new one :laughing6:

It makes no difference whether its his foot, head, arse or shoulders... Hes on side, by some distance (mug)
