The main problem with Ole?

For me the main reason I think the players aren't showing interest under Ole is that he spends most of the match sat down in the dugout. When you compare him to Malky, who was constantly balling on the touch line no matter the score, you can see the difference in work rate.

Ole's style of attacking play doesn't suit a team with such a distinct lack of Prem quality.

If he was managing a mid table side he'd do well. Same for if he was managing a good Championship side (most likely will be next season).

Ole wants to play the ball on the floor and attack and the players we have got can't do it. It's like asking Barcelona to play hoofball.

The main problem with ole is he's too busy trying to be everyones mate.. doing the ayatollah from the dugout. WTF is that about, he should be more interested in giving his players a massive boot up the arse.
