O/T Electrician in Caerphilly area

About to order a new electric integrated oven (hard wired) and an induction hob to replace current gas one which no longer has a gas supply. Shops seem to want the earth and can't be very specific about timings and would rather give the work (and cash)to a City fan. I'm sure this is just a straight forward job but want to make sure it's done properly pm me cheers

Is there electric supply there for a cooker already?
Any work done in the kitchen is suppose to be certified as it's a special location but if you are paying cash I would be able to do it if there's power supply already there.

I'm sure I've come across the above a few years back and it had to be a 40 amp supply so not straight forward
