Weekend Ahead

Fri Feb 21, 2014 7:31 pm

Two weeks ago I was full of anticipation and optimism going into the weekend, and we all know what happened

This weekend I feel nervous and pessimistic so hopefully that means Wales will win tonight and the Bluebirds will stuff the Hull Scum tomorrow.

Don't give a toss about Wales!

Hull City are not 'scum'. Was up there for the last game of last season. Brilliant atmosphere. They got promoted with us, and are now facing a similar battle as us. Us to restore our historic colours, they to keep their historic name.

Hope we win tomorrow, of course, but I wish Hull City well in their campaign. Some things are more important in football than temporary 'success'.

Heard you the first time!

No interest in the egg. Only Cardiff City and the Wales football team. No interest in any sport other than football. I've got more in common with an English football fan than a Welsh egg-chaser.

Really not interested in all this Welsh patriotism lark. Just the football team.
