Anyone being quoted the wrong price on the finance package?

Im on the price freeze but the finance package quotes £549 not £419 like its supposed to be

I phoned the club they said they would sort it in a couple of days (that was a week ago) starting to get annoyed now. Shouldnt be forced to pay £549

On another thread said the ticket office having teething problems but will be sorted out with in days if that helps

thanks ill phone them again tomorrow

the club have admitted fault that they forgot to tell the finance company that I was on the price freeze but nothing seems to have changed and am running out of time for the renewal now.
