Were we rock solid? No
10 Matches: 3 wins
Goal diff: 10-15
Shots on goal: 35
Shots against: 65
Corners for: 43
Corners against: 57
That is the stats from our home matches under Malky. Only 1 of the 10 games saw us go higher than 45% possession of the ball. In several of them we were down on 35%.
Everyone who loves Malky talks about the defense who weighed up for the lack of offense. I dont see anything worth shit in those stats. Both attack, defense and possession was bad and yet you guys talk about the heroic displays we showed earlier.
Wake up!

I agree our football under malky was terrible, getting battered every game was hard to watch. Atleast we enjoy abit of possession now and are not getting bombarded with 20+ shots a game. Don't we hold the record for the most shots against under malky v Norwich

Includes games against Man City, Everton, Spurs, Arsenal and Man Utd.

He only had 9 home games and including the games against Man City, Everton, Spurs, Arsenal and Man Utd. Beat West Brom and Swansea, lost to Newcastle and his position had become untenable and Tan's meddling had effected the players by the time we played Southampton.

How do you know it effected the players? Told you personally did they. 3 home wins from 9 is relegation form, we should of beat Newcastle and picked a point up off spurs and Southampton, just not good enough. You can add sunderland to that as well, i bet malky picked that team for kerslake, that was 2 vital points dropped against bottom team! The man city result was just a freak result as it was our first prem home game and they had key injuries.

Newcastle 57%, Man Utd 50% and West Brom 48%. Surely that's 3 games.

Thank you finally for putting to bed the 'We were hard to beat and were defensively solid under Malky' myth

Spurs home........11men behind the ball,a goal not given, i felt cheated tbh........a mate {not a Cardiff fan } said to me..if you set up to defend for 95 minutes against a side thats worth 200 million..your game plan is no more than trying to stop close range shots, and eventually you concede can you really feel hard done by?......how often do you seriously think your going to get anything from that tactic.?.....he was right, you cant try to win games purely from saves, blocks, last ditch tackles and miss placed passes/shots by opponents.and hope u score from your 2 corner kicks............

Thats going ot be difficult as it looks like now we have jumped out of the frying pan into the fryer.
The only way MM will be forgotten is if Ole will salvage the season and keep us up. Can you see that happening?

Malky is gone....
Move on...
History books will always say he took us up.
I can live with that.
