FIVE YEAR STEP BACK

Sat Feb 15, 2014 5:11 pm

Well that is how is seems to me.

Looking at some of the championship sides it looks to me a number of them have overtaken us this season and if we could merge both divisons together we would be no more than a midtable championship team.

It seems to me that the unprofessional goings on at the top has resulting in a very poor setup on the pitch. We sack the manager that got us promoted becuase it was suggested he was taking us down. So do we get an experience manager to replace him....no we don't. We get someone who has been managing in a league no better than the Scottish premier. He brings in players from the same league and adds others who just can't get into their teams. This reasults in us losing to a mid table championship side on our own patch.

Well do forgive me for losing the faith but show me one thing since this turmoil started to give me reason for keeping it.

We have gone backwards Ian and massively, in my opinion, whatever the cause and off field bickering must have had a effect on that.

I was thinking whilst driving home when was the last time we carried so little goalscoring threat ?

Probably the first season under Dave jones and that was longer than 5 years ago.
