Should never have been given the job. I understand he wants to play attacking football but apart from noone we dont have the players to do it. This is the exact reason malky had his tactics perfect. We are going down.

I'll back him but I don't understand why he was the one picked out of all the managers out there?

And to be honest ye he made a good few signings but none to really get us out of this dog fight. We needed experienced players and he only really brought two experienced players out of the seven he signed and that's jones and fabio. So from my point of view I agree he gonna fail and I can't see him being here next season.

He all about pretty attacking football and doesn't really focus on the what' happens after we attack which leaves our defence getting battered on the counter attack.

Why would we bring in a manager who will build a team next year in the championship when we already had one who was building a team in the premier league?!?

We are not fit enough to play the way ole wants us to. We are so use to staying a solid two banks of four. When ole wants us to play open football we can't. It will take a few more weeks to get our fitness. Problem is we haven't got a few weeks.

We were the fittest team in the championship last season aswell
