Ten reasons for not renewing my season ticket

Ten reasons for not renewing my season ticket

1. Ruins my day when I see Whittingham walk out the tunnel, knowing he'll spend most of his time out of position and bottle out of every tackle.

2. Constant moaning about the colour of our strip, I prefer blue but I'm there to watch the football not a fashion parade, they could wear pink for all I care.

3. Bellamy, what a knob end, a decent player but please play football and keep your mouth shut and your opinions to yourself and remember we contribute to your wages and therefore we are entitled to give constructive criticism when you don't perform as an individual or as a team.

4. Malky has gone and deserved to go in my opinion, move on and support the new manager.

5. Fed up of being told to sit down specially as I'm in the back row and not blocking any ones view.

6. Being refused to upgrade my sons season ticket to an adult for the games he's away for.

7. Parking is a nightmare in and around the stadium.

8. Public transport or complete lack of it, surely this should have been part of the planning for a new stadium but not in Britain.

9. Train service to Ninian Park train station usually a great service but on match day there's only one carriage and quite often cancelled on the return journey. No trains for the evening matches.

10. Lack of atmosphere in the stadium, changes are needed for example change the Family stand with the Canton stand or give out some song sheets so we can all chant the same thing.

It's all about opinions and we, just like every other team have controversy.

2. Constant moaning about the colour of our strip, I prefer blue but I'm there to watch the football not a fashion parade, they could wear pink for all I care.
I don't care about anyone moaning, I'm man enough to ignore it all. :D

3. Bellamy, what a knob end, a decent player but please play football and keep your mouth shut and your opinions to yourself and remember we contribute to your wages and therefore we are entitled to give constructive criticism when you don't perform as an individual or as a team.
See answer 2 and 1 :D

4. Malky has gone and deserved to go in my opinion, move on and support the new manager.
Good reason to renew.

5. Fed up of being told to sit down specially as I'm in the back row and not blocking any ones view.
I got a ticket in the Canton end. :ayatollah: :D ;)

6. Being refused to upgrade my sons season ticket to an adult for the games he's away for.
Surely not an excuse not to renew? :? :?

7. Parking is a nightmare in and around the stadium.
Park a bit further away and walk. (assuming you are able bodied)

8. Public transport or complete lack of it, surely this should have been part of the planning for a new stadium but not in Britain.
I get a bus to the game and back to the station? Don't see a problem???

9. Train service to Ninian Park train station usually a great service but on match day there's only one carriage and quite often cancelled on the return journey. No trains for the evening matches.
See answer 8

10. Lack of atmosphere in the stadium, changes are needed for example change the Family stand with the Canton stand or give out some song sheets so we can all chant the same thing.

I don't find the atmosphere a problem in the Canton. Depends who we are playing and how we are playing. Same as most clubs.

None of them are good enough for a football fan.

Try;

The serious ones.....
1. Lost your Job.
2. Family priorities have changed.
3. Death

The real ones.....

4. Was only interested in the PL.
5. Man U should be back on form next season.

Why give ten reasons when you could just have said I don't want to support city any more

Re: Ten reasons for not renewing my season ticket

there are clearly a lot of us who are struggling at the moment and Im one. Gave my villa ticket to my boy and couldnt be arsed today. Im not a plastic and followed us through the 4th and 3rd divions home and away with pride and passion. I feel for contributors who voice their opinion only to be dismissed "not a true city fan" just because they cant come to terms with with the premiership, the rebrand and Tans dictatorship rules

Anyone who don't renew their season ticket without a valid reason eg work, young family, finances is a plastic and don't deserve to wear uncle vinnys red dragon on their shirt

Thanks for the replies and I must admit I deserve most of the comments sent. I've been a season ticket holder for 20 years and have waited patiently to reach the premiership. I must admit I'm bored of the family stand and agree it maybe worth trying the Canton stand. I stand by some of my points but promise not to post any more crap like my first (just having a bad week this doesn't make me a plastic or a jack)

And finally...

11: Given up being a Cardiff City FC supporter after mistaking the distinct possibility of Championship football for Champions League qualification for next year  :laughing6:

Ruins my day when people moan about whitts walking out of tunnel and then sing kenwynne jones songs. Tackling ain't his game end of, Messi doesn't tackle!!! His game is all about his left foot!!!

2. Constant moaning about the colour of our strip, I prefer blue but I'm there to watch the football not a fashion parade, they could wear pink for all I care.

I used to think this, but tan has pissed me off so much I want us back in blue asap!!

3. Bellamy, what a knob end, a decent player but please play football and keep your mouth shut and your opinions to yourself and remember we contribute to your wages and therefore we are entitled to give constructive criticism when you don't perform as an individual or as a team.

Agree, but I thought at time of boos it was a bit harsh and people were a little fickle!

4. Malky has gone and deserved to go in my opinion, move on and support the new manager.

No he didn't deserve to go!!!!

5. Fed up of being told to sit down specially as I'm in the back row and not blocking any ones view.

If you want to stand move to the canton end as we have no issues there!!!

6. Being refused to upgrade my sons season ticket to an adult for the games he's away for.

Agree with you on this one.

7. Parking is a nightmare in and around the stadium.

We have driven up for years and have rarely had a problem, try getting there a bit earlier!

8. Public transport or complete lack of it, surely this should have been part of the planning for a new stadium but not in Britain.

Not sure about this as not from Cardiff.

9. Train service to Ninian Park train station usually a great service but on match day there's only one carriage and quite often cancelled on the return journey. No trains for the evening matches.

My family have always caught the train with no problems!

10. Lack of atmosphere in the stadium, changes are needed for example change the Family stand with the Canton stand or give out some song sheets so we can all chant the same thing.

Have to agree with you on this one too!!!
