Simon Lim & Vincent Tans Latest Statement

The more I think about this and the more I keep receiving phone calls from ex City players,City fans and other football fans, who are saying what the hell is going on now at Cardiff City? I am starting to think, is this their way out? and they are starting to believe were going down thanks to the idiotic way our club is run, so lets blame someone. Oh yes lets put all the blame on Malky.

Our club has become very very sad and so pathetically run and has turned so many of its fans against them, that when they will need their loyal support again they might say, No more.

Their latest statement is just one of many, only just after we beat Norwich our first win under Ole in the League, Tan says " Ole is better than Malky " how childish of an owner.

Has also everyone forgot, yes Cornelius was costly and a big mistake, but Malky got us promoted, how much did that make us alone?

You can say what u want about my post but before you do be honest to yourselves when you reply, because I am.

Hope you dont mind a jack having a say but I've said this all along Annis, and you are spot on in my opinion.

Ive always said each investment is carefully calculated. As soon as the investments equal the assets you have to sell then it is no longer a viable investment. Relegation, will deliver this moment where assets can just cover investment.

Relegation is now looking quite likely and contingencies are clearly being thought about.

This is a post from two days ago i made in relation to someone saying Tan will give it another crack if relegated, it will save me typing it again.

One season of £20 million losses is a better risk for him than selling everyone for £3mil each and still losing a wad of cash

Tricky one. Cant tell what hes thinking really. You have to ask yourself what he would gain even from promotion - you are on course for a loss this season too, the prem isnt the land of milk and honey as many are led to believe. Is it worth losing £20m when best case scenario is you get promoted and make another loss?

I think he thought he could turn you into a top European club easily with £50m and a rebrand. But football is not a normal business and hes realised the hard way.

Not everyone is worth £3m either. Medel, Caulker and Mutch would command high fees. Turner, Kim, Marshall, Noone, Daeli, Campbell, Whittingham, John and Gunnarson could all receive decent fees.

Say if he gets £40m for all them, £20m parachute payment, £8m season ticket money, sell his shares for £12m and hes got £80m of his £100m back.

He also has real estate in the training ground he can sell as well as setting up long term sponsorship deals prior to selling which would be worth a lot of money too.

He isnt "balls deep" yet. Everything can still be covered. If he had another go to get back up and fails then he is guaranteeing himself a loss.

A lot of assumptions there. If it is true, then I think Malky is very much to blame with his monumental failings in the summer transfer market. He certainly wont be getting a job in the premiership any time soon. Look at Hull and Palace. That's how to improve a championship squad.

They wont be leaving there is a three year plan in place, if we stay up or if we go down the plan still goes on. There will be big bucks to spend if we stay up and there will still be a lot to spend if we go down, you can bookmark this :ole: :ole:

The monumental failings that kept us above the relegation zone until he was sacked? :?

Annis would you be saying the same if it was Dave Jones the club was criticising and not Malky?

The statement was made at a silly time and honestly shouldn't have been made at all. But as Craig said yesterday plenty of people on here moan when the club doesn't tell the fans what's going on

Honestly? If the wheels don't fall of this season then those that want Tan out will be whistling in the wind for many years to come not to mention a return to blue.

From FB very interesting response.

Ken Boots Culley i agree with everything you have said annis and tan wanted a fall guy and malky was the one tan picked because malky wasnt a yes man and tan didnt like that

David Lewis Even the players have revolted against him, wonder why are doing so well in the f.a cup and not in the leaugue ? It's their way of getting Tan out, once we are relegated he will undoubtly sell up and piss off.. ...good riddance to bad rubbish I say, then we can rebuild and reinstate OUR CLUB

Louise Taylor Do you think Tan will leave annis if we go down?

Dillon Lavelle I know its not going to happen but Players need to boycott games it will make tan look like a knob and he will more than likely get pissed off

Chris George Yes Malky made plenty of mistakes but I have the upmost respect for the man for what he achieved and for respecting our club and it's fans. Tan on the other hand I couldn't care if he walked away tomorrow. Ruined this club and sometimes I don't even know what I'm supporting anymore on a Saturday due to Tan. Hope they walk even if we don't go down!!

Gareth Williams Who signed off the cheques? Who was responsible for agreeing to the deals? Every manager has a wish list, some work out, some don't. That's football. The cornelius transfer was a flop, the guy was out for a spell granted, but it didn't work out. Remember Andy Carroll to Liverpool. High fee, high wage, flop. Malky being used as a scapegoat, in my opinion. He is probably the best manager in my lifetime of following the City since 1988. The premier league for me was the dream, the goal and now we're there its been the worst season for me since pledging my allegiance to the Bluebirds. I even enjoyed relegation more. The reason I enjoyed it more, fans United and wanted the same thing. The pride in the blue jersey and the Bluebird. The pride in being a Cardiff City fan. Will I be sad if we get relegated come May, honestly, no I won't. For me it maybe a blessing and the first step to hopefully reclaiming our Cardiff City.
