Just a form of elitism if you ask me.

So by this logic, last season a Liverpool fan in Cardiff buys a ST for 400/500 quid to watch his team (Liverpool) once!
Get a grip.
Every team gets new fans when they get promoted just as every team gets gets 20,000+ new fans if they get to a Wembly cup final.
New fans = 99% are there to watch City & hope they win. Yes, lots will go if we get relegated that's why league 2 clubs don't get 30,000 fans ffs.
We all started as a new fan at sometime doesn't matter if it was at age 10 back in the 60's or age 30 in 2013. They've paid their money, there watching CCFC.
Shall we ban new fans & have the stadium 1/3 empty? No as every club/business has to grow.

Probably in your plastic coat with plastic glasses on.
Sat on your plastic seat with your plastic umbrella to keel yourself from getting wet.
Plastic car to drive to the game before grabbing your plastic tv remote and watching your plastic tv for your plastic team's highlights.

Good post about the new word 'plastic' BLUEBIRD. Couldn't agree more. We're all fans who pay to watch the City.
Oh, & don't worry about this guy, I think he's special needs.
