Yes it's a penalty if jones goes down
But he didn't and he managed to get a cross in so the ref played on IMO
Too honest
Probably the right decision from the ref because if Campbell had scored instead of a miss hit then it was dissalowed for the foul we would be fuming .

We didn't have one for pretty much a season and a half to 2 seasons so wouldn't hold your breath.

We have had 8-10 similar shouts all season and not one given. E.g Odemwingie v West Brom, Caulker x2 v Liverpool, Caulker & Campbell v West Ham. Bellamy v Norwich. You can go on. They are never given unless you are a 'big club' I suppose.
Refereeing in the Premiership is shocking. The only team not to have a penalty says it all particularly when these incidents happen in more or less every game. It seems that if we were one of the bigger clubs we would have had quite a few of these.

If the officials did their jobs properly, we would probably be mid table now with all these penalties we should have had given! They are all stone wall penalties which simply cannot be missed too!

Chris Foy saw nothing last night - other than our disallowed goal. The rest of the match could have been played without him as the linesmen made all the decisions. Oh I forgot - he did get in Eikrem's way a few times too. Garbage referee who played 48 seconds of stoppage time in the first half and two minutes in the second despite Turner being down for a while, Noone having a head injury, as well as the substitutions.
