avatar!!!

how do i put a avatar on here lads. thanks in advance for any help!!!

Click on user control panel at the top
Then profile tab
edit avatar and away you go

You may need to shrink your pic to 150 pixels - you can do it on-line here - http://www.shrinkpictures.com/
