Easy enough to do.
Just download an animated gif creator app.
You can make them in Photoshop as well. Upload the images you want to make into an animated gif here and ill try and make something out of them.
Its pretty easy tho.

Do they have to be still pics?
I want to take two 5 second clips from a video. Put them one after another and stick subtitles at the bottom.
