anyone else think its time to go back for our 2 yearly visit

. if we beat wigan there will be another 4 top flight teams in the draw, 2 non top flight teams and the winner of brighton v hull. which is 50/50 in my opinion. 2008, 2010, 2012. is it time to go back to the house without a roof ???. and can the jacks beat the real scousers to make it even better for welsh football

I would love a cup final again.

Premier League survival outweighs a visit to Wembley. Achieving both though would be a bonus.
Getting some Premiership wins is far more important.

Yeah I would be so proud to see a sea of red at Wembley

I'd bet good money on red shirts being far outnumbered by blue.

Turn out for Newcastle was very small, Bolton a little better, very few tickets sold for Wigan I understand.
If we get to the final, where will the fans come from for a "sea" of any colour?
Or is a final different?

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer believes The FA Cup offers his Cardiff City side a chance to live their dreams this season, as well as help them in their fight against relegation.
The Welsh club are currently scrapping for survival in the Premier League, but have a welcome distraction on Saturday when they host FA Cup holders Wigan Athletic in the Fifth Round Proper.
And the Norwegian reckons Championship outfit Wigan are a perfect example of what The Cup can bring to a club, after seeing them upset the odds to beat Manchester City in last season’s Final.

i said this before blues/arsenal final.rather stay up and lose the cup final.i was wrong.i,ll never forget the day we beat arsenal and stephen carr lifted the league cup. also the europeon adventure.that fact we were by then a championship club made it more romantic.doubt the bean counters share my view though.cost us a arm and leg getting relegated.the prem is overated anyway even though we all strive to get there.

It would but unfortunately it wouldn't happen. A lot of fans who go to the Wembley trips are family and friends who don't have any interest in the Cardiff City other than the fact we've made it to a big cup final, and they will dress in the colours of the football club for the occasion like all football fans do when their team get to Wembley. Sadly that colour would be red.

this takes me back to 2008. eight of us in one room in a hostel for 2 nights. total cost 160 quid

. this time it could be different. as i live in brighton all my in-laws follow the seagulls and my misses goes regular with her old man. can just see us getting them in the next round if we both get through. winners go to wembley.
