spot on, I thought the service was absolutely horrendous & disorganised by swansea it was every man for himself trying to get served it was an absolute joke.

Should have just thrown it into a big trough in the middle of the concourse for you animals!

Also its the Travel groups like Carl/Dibs,Gerry etc who are paying for this out of their own pockets.
The Echo has got the story totally wrong and the Club told them they had to pay or else be kicked out.
