A forum for all things Cardiff City

When we got promoted i knew it would be a tough season. When i saw the lack of quality signed in pre season i decided to be happy if we survive. One thing i knew for sure was that we would stand behind the team no matter what because we have fans who unite because of all the trouble with Our Club. We have an Identity to protect and pass on.
But now i am just dissapointed!!
I cant believe that it is the BLUE fans who sit here and talk shit about our players, manager(s) and each other.
I expected you guys to be the ones who stood behind Malky/OGS and the players during the whole season no matter what.
Lets all continue throwing shit at Whitts, make posters about OGS OUT, and lets not forget to keep up the shit talking about how Our players just collect their wages and dont care.
f*cking disgrace the way some of you behave. This team aint good enough to stay up but i think the guys have put up a hell of a fight so far this season and i will NEVER question their passion like some of you do.
Sometimes your best just aint good enough, yesterday was one of those days.
My heart is blue and not even a loss against Swansea can change that.

What is wrong in a nutshell is us getting to the prem before u and you over expecting fanbase who have no reality on how a club should be run.
For years u have spent stupid money on has been players and nev questioned it.
Wile we had our problems in the 80s and 90s and learned from it.
The fact we spent very little on players and developed a system were we could pic up players not suitable for other clubs but flourish with us and swiftly move up the leagues and in to the prem, wile in the mean time you are digging a bigger hole for your self has killed u and blinded u to the fact that throwing megga bucks at shit players who are looking for a final pay day is what the root of your problems are.
When tan come in you were skint as a club and opend your arms to his millions, all because we had got to the prem.
And last season when he said he was going to change your colours u did stand up but shit out when he said he was going to pull his money out.
There my friend was the battle lost and he new it.
You have two options now stand up and get rid of him or accept everything he does.
U as fans have done this to your selfs

Yawn, initially promoted clubs generally suffer very few exceptions.
Swansea got promoted into a very weak Prem, so Norwich and themselves were able to build. Southampton were a big club who had the administration reset button.
Cardiff have an owner who messed around too much and in part it cost Cardiff. Really he should have sacked Malky at the start of the rebrand and got whoever he wanted with a big budget.
Typically ex prem teams do come back, look at Hull, QPR, Palace.

So the prem is not weak this season?
10 sides in a relegation fight .
Stop making excuses ffs your problems started with sam hamman who fed u all the bull shit about the Barcelona of wales and how u should be massive in the prem.
You were stupid enough to jump on his band wagon without looking deeper in to his motives.
U did the same with ridsdale and again with tan.
Each and every one as fed u shit and u took it.
And each come out got the f**k out of your club with plenty of cash and put u deeper in debt.
Now its the turn of the fruit cake tan who wants to build a Malaysian dynasty in the prem.
He fed u all the same shit and did get u to the prem, but the cost his he has not time for the fans and history of the club.
And why should he as he dont care about cardiff city or the fans and ity.
He only wants a franchise for Malaysia to have a club to support in the best league in the world.
Your fucked.
If he stays its going to get worst and thers nothing u can do about it.
If he goes u are going to be in all sorts of shit and sinking.
Could even go out of business.
You are in a hell of a mess.

It's all a fcuking mess at the moment. Believe it or not the "BLUE FANS" are hurting more than ever and are finding it difficult to understand the fans who wear red, support Tan and wanted Malky out. Let's face the facts, we're no longer proud of the club we've become, the passion has gone, supporters are divided and that results in frustration which is then taken out on Whittingham and Ole for example.
The result yesterday was disappointing and it did piss me off for a few hours (it used to be a week), but then I got over it. How can you passionately support a club that is rotten?

Our fanbase was toxic long before the blue / red divide.
In my 22 years a supporter City fans have always had something to moan about wether it be the owner, manager or players.
Look at DJs last seasin in charge where we were fighting for promotion the negative atmosphere was unbeluevable. Booing the team off if not leading at half time.
The crowd defo worked against the club not with them that year and in my mind cost us automatic promotion
I think people view the pre rebrand years with rose tinted glasses.
I dont think you would get many championship clubs get to a FA Cup Final then want the manager sacked because we didnt win it.
Our fanbase are as bad if not worse than the Geordies and if there wasnt the rebrand to complain about there would be some other molehill to make into a mountain.

You just have to look at the constant abuse Tan got before the rebrand for no reason other than he hasn't pumped a hundred million into the club and wasn't from around here.

Its always been the same. Rick Wright saved the club, pumped money in to get us promoted then when he didnt dig deep enough in his pockets the fans turned on him
Everyone talks fondly about that promotion in 93 and Eddie May but quick to forget the "Eddie Out" chants not long after.
People are blaming the "new" fans but they need to take a good hard look in the mirror cos weve been an
ungrateful shitcunt of a fanbase for far, far longer than 20 months.
