Since TG has left

....the club seems to be imploding from within ....rash decision making ,no structure etc....it's obviously going to filter down to the players attitude ,there are very few players who will 'bust a gut' for cardiff.
The internals of the club need some serious looking at ....when you've got a guy from the media department constantly tweeting 'south wales double' in the build up to a big game, lacks any sort of professionalism and it's something you wouldn't see at a well run club , dare I say it like Swansea , who just maintained their focus for the pitch.
That dignified well run approach is severely lacking at the CCS at the moment and IMHO has been since TG left
