Sun Feb 09, 2014 10:26 am

You only have to look at that 90's pop video fringe and fake tan to work that one out. Bugger me, I thought Cardiff City had been rebranded at the hands of a Tan but this muppet takes the biscuit. He makes Joey Essex look like Casper the friendly ghost.

He's trying to get us to play a passing game but most of our players are terrified of the football and do whatever they can to get it away from themselves quickly :ayatollah:

I wish OGS could be as awesome as some of you whiners out there. Then we could have changed the mentality of the squad in 20 minutes and won the last 5 matches with atleast 4-5 goals each game.

As in any job it takes time to learn and adapt to changes.

I have to say I'd hoped for more signs of improvement by this stage. We look like a relegation team to me and I've seen a few in my time so I know!

Looks exactly like Malky's style of play.

Make sure Medel plays only one pass in a forward direction every game.
Get Turner to launch the ball aimlessly forward.
Allow the opposition as much time and space on the ball as they want without pressuring them even when we're losing.
No movement to give the man on the ball options.
When making substitutions, rarely replace the worst performing player (Norwich game excepted!)
Get everyone back for corners without leaving anyone up the field.
Lose virtually every game.

Not much has changed.

It takes a long time to polish a turd before it will shine.

You can't make a silk purse out of a cow's ear. But, you could start by picking your silk and leaving your cow's ears on the bench!

It's frustrated me all season that we haven't had any shape, formation and logic in our play.

Malky got us the name of being hard to beat.......but let's be honest, the results show different.

As for OGS, he's said he want us to be attack minded......but we haven't looked at all dangerous going forward apart from a 10 minute spell against Norwich.

We haven't learnt any lessons from previously relegated teams, especially QPR.

We needed 3 key positions filled with prem class players; 2 Centre Backs, Midfield general, goal scorer up top.
We got Caulker in who's done ok, and Medel who's done ok. 2 out of 4 is not good enough.

Without these key positions filled, any style of play will drowned out by 'backs to the wall' defending.

I dream of being able to watch at least one game this season where we've got a formation, game plan, and some goals in us.
