Sod the pessimism

Sat Feb 08, 2014 7:29 pm

We've got Villa at home then Hull at home next. Very winnable games both of them.

On to the next. We beat them at home. They beat us at theirs. 3 points a piece and that was the likelihood given the fixtures history. To have pulled off the double would have been something special but we haven't so on to the next game.

Thats 3 from 6 points in February and I believe we need at least another 4 to keep in this battle.

Sunderland have Arsenal and Man City coming up. - 1 point - 25 points
Norwich have WHU away and Spurs coming up - 1 point - 26 points
WBA have Chelsea and Fulham coming up - 3 points - 26 points

We have two winnable games coming up whilst they have tough games coming up. I think 4 points puts us right back in the mix if we can manage it. 6 points would be ideal but 4 keeps us in the mix.

Where did people expect us to be this year? :?

4 points takes us to 25 and 6 would take us to 27. Two home wins now will make a massive difference.

We can still do it. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ole:

Pessimism is back.

I honestly can't see where one point is coming from, let alone four.

We're shit and you know we are :(

Yes, I think we're all failing to see where a good performance is coming from at the moment.

Being negative is not going to keep us in the Premier League. We just need to move on and each game will come and pan out where we end up next season.

Crying about it ain't going to do a thing.
