Inserting avatar picture?

Anyone know how to insert a pic when it say's to many pixels, is there a way to somehow get these uploaded?

go to your saved picture - file - open with - paint or photoshop (if you have)

There is an icon on both applications to resize the picture

150x150 pixel, and then zoom out.
