I watched this two nights ago on Facebook, absolutely shocking by the officer.
Fair play to the Dr, who was the guy arrested, he keeps his cool throughout.

I've been trying to explain to people for years that this happens on a daily basis.
The servants who are there to uphold the law (that's the police for the slow people!) have somehow decided THEY are the LAW, and as such your legal right is abolished!
