Peter Whittingham vs The Jacks?

regardless of what i think, i really cant see how he can start him this week.


Should be the same side as last week, with zaha in for whitts.

There is no doubt that Peter whittingham has great ability. The problem is he tends to go missing in games and people wonder what he's actually doing. If we need some creativity and someone who can pick a pass then Whitts is a great player to bring on. On his day he can be unplayable and his set pieces can be frightening. However, after his recent form there is surely no place in the starting 11. I see our midfield consisting of noone, zaha, mutch, medel and Bellamy for tomorrow's game.

Without a doubt he should be on the bench, cant really vote as its impossible to tell if he should be used without watching the game.

I can't see whitts getting anywhere near the starting line up on saturday, but you never know.

If Whitts does play that shows a total lack of ambition.

Ive been a fan of him over the years but he is a liability while his confidence is rock bottom and needs to focus!

Drop him altogether, he simply isn't performing at all. A break in the development squad may concentrate his mind and make him hungry again.

He has no confidence to score goals in any position. Id put him on bbench. Tomorrow is for our form players, we cant afford to carry anyone

Its getting a bit old hat now. Lets hope Ole sticks with our winning team from last week and support them to take us to where we want to be at the end of the season

He hasn't been firing on all cylinders for a while but the abuse and booing a lot of our lot threw at him on Saturday was OTT and embarrassing.

Nobody goes out to play badly. Whitt's is seriously struggling for confidence and it's been showing.

I've been critical of him, but I still think he has something to offer the team off the bench on Saturday if the circumstances are right,
