1. West ham going to court and taking legal steps about Carrolls red card.
Talk about desperation. I dont remember too many clubs going to these lengths and even worse, the incident itself i thought (although it was harsh) it could pass as a red card as he did swing his arm, althought im sure he never meant to him him on the head. on a side note the less i say about chico flores the better.
2. Laundrup banned from swansea training ground...
Well ofcourse he bloody is, he just got sacked, you wouldnt let sacked members of staff back in and around the office, especially if they are starting a legal dispute with you, shocking journalism.
Lastly 3. Vidic to leave united at the end of the season for 'new challenge'
When players say this it annoys me, its not for a new challenge at all, the new challenge is their current situation under david moyes and the fact they are 7th and struggling, not THAT is a challenge. He is not leaving for a new challenge, because he has one, he is leaving because he doesnt like and cant cope with the new challenge and wants an easier one elsewhere, bloody footballers, united players should drag them selves out of this, not want to jump ship, they put themselves there in the first place.
glad i got that off my chest!

1) someone was going to challenge the FA sooner or later. The process is outdated and inept.
2) common decency allowing Laudrup to say goodbye to his staff.
3) vidic has won 15 trophies in 8 years at Utd. Nothing left to win there, hence a new challenge.

but atleast chellenge it when they have decent grounds to challenge it on!!
im fairly sure he would have chance to say goodbye already, and if they hadnt and it was that important im sure they could arrange somewhere not so private. id imagine common decency goes out the window when laundrup is taking them to court.
i dont buy that, i think the new and hardest challange of all would be him staying there and overcoming it, Rio had done it a few times as he was getting older, adapting his game and carrying united at the back, vidic could easily do the same, but in truth he has either been injured or just poor this season

If John Terry is still dominant now, Vidic still can. Man United are idiots if they let him go

Totally missing the point....Vidic is not leaving because it's Utd's fault, haven't you ever got bored of the monotony in your working life Wonka??(presuming you work)
Footballers are in a wonderful position to move to different countries and play football with different teammates, new stadia with their own unique atmospheres. There is no doubt Vidic could keep playing for Utd but he just he wants to play somewhere else

i see, but i think you would be very naive to think that he would want to leave if united were still sucessful and top of the league. i think what he is saying is an excuse not a factor

He sits at home all day oiling himself up whilst watching reruns of Gavin Henson in the Six Nations.

I think that is definately a factor, players don't leave successful on their own accord we agree on that. Man Utd aren't the force they were so it's the right time for all Utd players to consider their futures as the cycle of winning trophies has ended. The team needs rejuvanation....Pallister was forgoten about, Bruce, Stam the same
