Annis, I know you might disagree but Solskjaer strikes me as more strong willed than Malky. I think Malky may have been different to the likes of you and me and the rest of the fans - playing to the cameras - but maybe cowering at times behind the scenes and not really knowing where to go - in the end Malky looked like a little puppy barking in the corner for help because he didn't know what to do and needed outside support against Tan.

Solskjaer strikes me as this no nonsense type of guy - a likeable guy but with a proper ruthless streak about him that has a very strong bite to him if he is tested too much. I think the baby faced assassin may be more than true for just his on the pitch ways, I think he has that ruthless no nonsense edge off it too if crossed.

Like I said, you might disagree and its all down to opinions but thats how it comes across. I cant see Tan crossing Solskjaer as Ole looks like the type of bloke who will just tell him where to go and walk and that would destroy Tan in terms of face as he's his man and who he wanted.

James, How you summoned Ole up is virtually spot on as I have met him and 2 players have said the same  But if he had Mad man Tan on his back for 3-4months I think it would effect anyone incl Ole, but Ole would prob walk the first minute it happens.

Not bad, as since they sacked Laudrup the odds have got less.

OGS will not take any shit from VT, he doesn't need the job like Malky did, as OGS is already a very wealthy man, so losing his job would not hurt him like it would have Malky

In the result column - does that refer to an extra bet youve done on the swansea fans? ;)

Something tells me that ole will have made a very long contract stipulating everything so that he's allowed to do the job the way he wants.....signing included. What I like most is how level headed he is, some may see it as naive at times but behind the scenes he is very prepared and has considered everything.....I can't see another Malky situation happening tbh
