We'll done beers on you - he came across genuine truthful and hungry for success - when he said cup final and his players all in it together no individuals in his team you know he desperately wants the double - casual jeans and trainers - he just wants to be a successful manager following fro his playing days I don't think he's interest in materials things looking immaculate etc as long as he's happy he said that's all that matters - I think he dodged VT questions - we're always be blue nos da my friend

I think Malky may have been different to the likes of you and me and the rest of the fans - playing to the cameras - but maybe cowering at times behind the scenes and not really knowing where to go - in the end Malky looked like a little puppy barking in the corner for help because he didn't know what to do and needed outside support against Tan.
Solskjaer strikes me as this no nonsense type of guy - a likeable guy but with a proper ruthless streak about him that has a very strong bite to him if he is tested too much. I think the baby faced assassin may be more than true for just his on the pitch ways, I think he has that ruthless no nonsense edge off it too if crossed.
Like I said, you might disagree and its all down to opinions but thats how it comes across. I cant see Tan crossing Solskjaer as Ole looks like the type of bloke who will just tell him where to go and walk and that would destroy Tan in terms of face as he's his man and who he wanted.

OGS will not take any shit from VT, he doesn't need the job like Malky did, as OGS is already a very wealthy man, so losing his job would not hurt him like it would have Malky
