It is the England and Wales Cricket Board. Shortened to England. Wales' best players in rugby are English and I don't hear you complaining. We're Cardiff and we have 2 welshmen in the squad.

dont see why the english selectors pick form local talent if that be an indian ,asian player born here that makes him english he should get the chance rather than them pick some national like kp who just come over to get interantional cap,theres plenty of lads in all the counties that can be picked but it seems that if a player from another country plays over here the ecb try and get them qualified to play straight away.
