Laudrup and town players

Wed Feb 05, 2014 2:50 pm

I have read reports in the media that Laudrup's sacking was due to losing leading players in the dressing room.

What about he was sacked because certain players were acting like prima donnas and decided to force him out? Their chairman was hardly going to target 4-5-6 players and force them out.

Yes, I enjoy anything disruptive at swansea town, particularly days before they are to meet their rivals. But I can't help but think how pampered players have become. What about their loyalty to their manager? Some of whom were signed by Laudrup and are on very good money considering swansea are a small town club (yes they have done well.)

Do I feel sorry for Laudrup or any of their players? Not a chance.

My understanding is that they seem to be on too good a time with him.

Their training periods sounded easy and they have become unfit. They had to motivate themselves which looking at how Laudrup sat on the bench all match you can understand how easy the training was.

The thing is how much have they gone backwards under Laudrup and will Monk be able to turn it around?

Really don't give a shit about them ,even more so now with all the crap they give us on this board ,funny how most of them haven't been posting last day or two.

As for loyalty in football that went a long time ago.
