The 21-year-old, currently on loan for the rest of the season at Cardiff City, barely featured for United since arriving from Crystal Palace last summer.
There have been suggestions that Zaha, signed by former United boss Sir Alex Ferguson, does not see eye to eye with new manager David Moyes, who seemed strangely reluctant to give the England Under-21 international a chance in the team.
Despite continued disappointing displays from the likes of Nani, Antonio Valencia and Ashley Young on the flanks, Zaha only made two Premier League appearances for United this season before joining Cardiff on loan.
Having made an instant impact with his new side with an impressive debut performance, Zaha is now thought to be keen on moving on from United already if he cannot be guaranteed regular football.
United will undoubtedly hope to resolve the situation when Zaha returns to the club in the summer, and Moyes may yet feel the former Palace ace has improved sufficiently at Cardiff to command more playing time next season.

Young star hopes to secure permanent deal.

Young Manchester United forward Wilfried Zaha is said to be keen on securing himself a permanent deal to leave the club, according to Sports Direct News.

The 21-year-old linked up with Cardiff City last week on loan until the end of the season, after barely featuring under David Moyes since linking up with the champions over the summer.

Reports close to the club have suggested that the player, who was signed by previous boss Sir Alex Ferguson, does not see eye to eye with Moyes, who himself has seemed reluctant to give the player a proper chance in the first team this season.

And he has not been able to break into the pack ahead of the likes of Nani, Anderson, Ashley Young and Antonio Valencia, all of whom have failed to impress when called upon themselves this term.

And having made a positive impression with his new side following a strong debut, Zaha is said to be keen on securing a permanent move away from the club if they cannot offer him more first team football.

United will assess the situation over the summer when he returns, but United could be open to a sale if Moyes feels he hasn’t improved enough during his spell in Wales.

I imagine anyone would be keen on securing a permanent move away from the club if he wasn't guaranteed a game, doesn't mean that club would be Cardiff though before anyone gets too excited. :)

I wouldn't get my hopes up. Zaha is too good for us.

City would need to spend £15m to secure him NQAT and pay mega wages.

He's got a chance now to showcase his skills. As long as he puts in the performances with us, i'll be well happy.

Depending on what happens with us next season then I don't see why not, not surprised that he maybe look to move away for good.

United are going to be really desperate for next season are going to look to do a clean sweep of getting players out of the club and getting new players in.

Hopefully we can possibly get him in cheaper than what they paid maybe.

No quotes off anyone or zaha himself, typical crap journalism making a story up.

If Zaha plays well here there's every chance that moyes will have to change his mind should his performances merit it ,if they don't then moyes must have a problem with him,if he does play well here and that is the case then we will have a good chance of signing him come the end of the season should utd wish to get rid ,lets just enjoy his few months here .

i totally disagree with a previous poster, zaha is NOT at all to good for this club! i carnt imagine to think a fan would make his club sound so small.

He went to united from PALACE remember and we're certainly a contender of that club.

Anyway on to my opinion of zaha, his debut showed just how good of a player he is and its certainly a player OGS would want in his team so the question is being an ex manutd player & legend himself could he swindle a way of getting zaha for around the 10mill mark?

My personal opinion is YES there is a possibility if we can pay 8mill for a donkey we can surely fish out 2mill extra for pure class. Aslong (and as a proud city fan i sincerely hope we do) stay up. i think a deal could be done.

After only one game I can safely say we will have him good to see somebody this season grabbing the game by the balls and being direct I honestly feel he could be the impetus to our survival, and as i say good to at last see somebody being direct. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
