Well done to the ticket office

I lost my season ticket after the game on Saturday, so 'phoned them up for a replacement yesterday morning.

I was told I'd get the replacement today, but given the experiences of many on here I was fully expecting to be chasing them on Thursday/Friday having not received them.

What a pleasant surprise to find that they did turn up today

I know many have had problems with the ticket office in the past (probably with good reason) but on this occasion they delivered

I've always found them to be very helpful.

My sons went through the wash it cost £10 for a replacement
