He's not happy with the unprofessionalism of the club and continual small mindedness. Gary Monk

When we won the derby in November our build up was low key with various jack players mouthing off beforehand. Let's keep our mouths shut and let our team do the talking on the pitch. If we win then take the piss but Don't set yourself up for a fall.

They are going through something that can be rectified soon enough because they have people at that club who evidently know what they are doing. Our crisis to put it bluntly can't be fixed unless we bring decent people in at board level.

Swansea board are local supporters who have taken the club from on its arse to top 50 richest clubs in the world , Premier league and europe while also giving a 20% stake to the supporters trust , and your rather have Vinnie than your fellow fans running the show

Instead you want a Malaysian branded club with a total lunatic in charge in different colours? What a bunch of deluded plastic morons.

It's still Swansea, I don't want anything they have thank you very much.
Call me a plastic moron again and I'll shove your walking stick up your arse.

No no no no.
Wayne you got the wrong end of my walking sticking. I am not saying we should swap everything with Swansea but just at boardroom level, swap Tan and Huw Jenkins personalities and approach around and the whole ownership structure. Surely you can see it's a fantastic model to have and far superior to ours? I would love to have a Huw type figure in charge at Cardiff and this lunatic we have now.
As for continuity Al, Huw hasn't made any mistakes in hiring managers in the past, so why now. You can bet any new manager hiring has been thoroughly thought out, maybe he knows something about Monk we don't because on paper it's a bit of a joke of a hiring. However a lot of Jacks think Laudrup let a few things too many slide at Swansea and let a few players have an easy ride, they also think Monk can give them the kick up the arse they need.

I'm still not sure about the Swansea board. I agree they have done a good job and are currently better than our board. But they have a very parochial set up that doesn't have a place in modern football.
I am the first to show disdain for the modern game and Tan has been an idiot but part of what he has is needed in today's game in order to survive.
The Swansea setup cannot continually succeed. They have had a good run that has allowed themselves a bigger profile. But without major investment the bubble will burst.
Jenkins is now only a football club (Partial) owner and chairman. He does not have the money or business status to push the club on. Haven't his previous businesses failed? I even think He owed Borley money, but I may be wrong.
They have done a great job, better than our lot, but the little Wales mentality won't fly in the 21st century.
