Cardiff will stay up - Swansea will go down

Tue Feb 04, 2014 7:30 am

That's my last post on here as I move on to a student forum. I've not got on with a lot of people on here so for that reason its best to move on I think. Of course people have differences and clashes but I think football has come too big a part of my life now and that I should take a step back and care about things that truly matter.

I think Cardiff will stay up as Ole seems to have something about him and will get the right response. All I can see for the Jacks is free fall unless they sack Laudrup and the new manager has an instant impact. It might be too late to change their fortunes. Thats my prediction for the end of the season.

I'd like to wish you all the best in the future and good health and hopefully we stay up! I've got no hard feelings towards any on this forum. Tony (TopCat), when I'm Cardiff I'll drop you a PM for a pint mate.

I predict a 2-1 win over Swansea this weekend with Zaha and Jones getting on the scoresheet. A part of me thinks, contrary to Polo's belief that he is lazy, that Jones will become a cult hero amongst our fans and score some important goals.

In Solskjaer we trust!

No surely not. Did'nt their fans say they'd pushed on to the next level and were going to finish in the top 4.

Your better off responding to the football side of his post and not giving the leaving the forum part any attention.

I bet he's a really decent person in reality probably a good laugh etc it's weird what the internet can do to people and their personas.

Agree. I for one have enjoyed many of his good analysis. I've learned a lot from him. Sorry to see him leave, and hope he will respawn under another name.

I'm afraid you're wrong. I'm Norwegian, and joined the forum just after Ole took over. James (if that's his name), actually substantiates his analysis with football skills, whereas far too many on here just slates/praises players for no good reason at all. There might very well be a history prior to 2014 that I don't know about, but from what I've seen, he appears among the more sensible contributors on here. But that's just my opinion.

Thank you for the warm welcome to the forum... Please read my other posts if in doubt. However, I'm here to follow and learn more about Cardiff, not to engage in your personal disputes. Now I'm just looking very much forward to Saturday. I've even bought access to all of Cardiffs games in HD. :ole:

You noticed :) Among other things it's to watch streams from the UK and other places. But now that I've bought a subscription to a Norwegian pay channel I don't need to. Have a look at the 81.x.x.x address. That's my home IP. :ole:

Well done on victimising and alienating one of your Norwegian posters of whom post a lot of articulate and in depth posts when talking about players and tactics. I said I was leaving and I pop back from uni to get some lunch and to have a read of the forum to see the latest news and I see you're already blaming someone else for being me. Your paranoia knows no bounds.

Cheers to the Norwegian fella for the compliments but as you can see, trying to have an intellectual and rational debate on here is like trying to put a fire out with petrol. Its impossible, which is why I've gone back to the student forums where I'm a moderator and people are actually educated to some degree.

I will but if I read the forums, which I'm entitled to do, and I see another innocent poster being victimised then I will post. No need to pick on another member, especially one from Norway who's just trying to support a fellow national, just because of your deep lying paranoia.

As everyone accuses everyone of being roathy..

Why pop back on to look if you had left. Just go and stay gone.

I don't think the poster is too offended he understands what's going on, convenient you just pop back on mind.

To read the news in relation to Cardiff City FC.

A Cardiff City fan going on a Cardiff City forum to read the latest news about Cardiff City. Holy shit...shock horror...what are the chances?

That's an Italian range.

So you are Norwegian from Italy with a Welsh accent?

But yesterday, you were done with the club, it's franchise and it's franchise supporters & off to support a conference side in England, nominated by people on here...

Just to end this part of the discussion. Unless you've experienced a heavy snowfall in Cardiff this morning, the snow outside my kitchen window should give you a hint at where I'm located. I'm a little shocked at how people behave on this forum tbh. I've never seen anything like it any other place.

Just wanted to voice my compliments to GA for posting insightful posts. Learning what positions players thrive in, strenghts and weaknesses, backed up by stats and knowledge, is just so much more informative and refreshing than the usual "he's a lazy tw*t" and he "he turns like titanic". Especially when you know little about the players beforehand.

Thanks for your contributions. Sorry to see you leave.

Cooking with Barnett. The cakes lasted 3 seconds and he baked 9.

Why create an account to praise yourself, it's crazy behaviour. Hope your future clients don't get to find out what you get up to on here otherwise you really are in trouble.
