Season Ticket Renewels

Just wanted to say how unhappy I am due to the new season ticket finance company turning down my application for my renewal.How can a computer instantly decide whether or not to accept you.I have paid off this this years and never missed a payment,I'm in a better financial position this year than last but my application was still declined.Im sure I'm not the only person who has been declined that can afford to pay upfront so that means more empty seats next year

That's bad news, mate. Did the club underwrite all credit payments last year? Sounds like this new company is using credit checks, which can be very unreliable. Along with a big hike in prices, only 28 days to renew, this sends out a very clear message.

Surely, if somebody missed a payment, the club could simply de-activate the card?

There is an issue with it according to other board everyone got declined then referred then accepted a bit later keep eye on your emails

I was worried about the same thing happening with me, Ive not got the best credit in the world due to my own stupidity when I was younger, but surprisingly it went through ok. I do know last year that the club underwrote all the finance therefore it was a guaranteed acceptance, obviously not the same this year.

Hop you sort something out mate, I'd of been gutted if I was declined as I don't have the cash to pay it all up front!

this happened to me, however i phoned the club yesterday and they said that there was a technical hic-up or some sort and we will be receiving an email in the next few days to carry on with it...they said if I dont get the email phone them back up

I spoke to ticket office yesterday in regards to mine being rejected

They told me you should only be rejected if you have ever been made bankrupt or under fraud investigation
which i havent

But after speaking to club they sorted mine out

Can't see anyone actually being rejected unless it's an error. My credit is shocking and I was still accepted.

£689 mine is going to cost and my dads £529. FML.

18 home games a year.

£689 divided by 19 = £36.2 per game.

What is that shit?. So how much are individual game tickets going to cost next year? Above £40????.
