Club legend like Whittingham. Might want to keep this thread on the hush before all the booing plastics get wind of it and start chatting rubbish and tarnishing the names of Cardiff City loyal servants. Bellamy should have stayed at Liverpool where he was appreciated.

They wouldn't dare, reds don't go out in the day because their sunburned red skin prevents them from being able to withstand the sun so they won't be about to ruin this tribute to a true Cardiff City hero!

I can't remember ever not supporting a player in the famous blue shirt, there was always good banter when Eddie Johnson played.....Red shirts??? we are just like any other glory chasing football club with plastics...Look at Arsenal fans and the hate they have for their own players (Bendtner, Eboue, Djorou) prob plenty others. Spoilt little brats supporting the Gunners

We are seeing ££££££££ spent, and now some fans like to be the judge of how well it's spent, getting a kick out of watching players fail to live up to the price-tag, no love for Cardiff City..... Personally, I do miss the old days where as long as the players done their best, the crowd would never turn on them (although that's not strictly true)....it's a different club now.

Can it change..?? how the f**k am I gonna know

thats a myth too................this wasnt booing from the whole crowd, in fact from the Canton i heard no boos, but certainly the corner he ran to ,to unleash his foul mouthed tirad is always quiet.........he is forever giving it the big,im the leader, know it all stuff, yet has been disruptive EVERY club he has been at, a clown in private life, and constantly contradicts himself. wonder if Malky thinks he is a loyal servant?...Whitts is a class act, top bloke, ..not to be paired with bi polar bellamy

Craig Bellamy is not a club legend. This is just his 3rd season with us, and he couldn't help but join his beloved Liverpool after the first stint. He was a glory-hunter as a supporter.

Peter Whittingham is more of a legend than Craig Bellamy, whatever some of the idiots who apparently 'support' us say.

Bellamy isn't a club legend, but why do so many criticise him for signing for us? He's a local lad who used to watch Cardiff as a boy with his dad. Yes Liverpool are his first team, but I bet many of his critics were once Liverpool, Everton or United fans.

How can you talk about plastics when you hate Mackay and prefer Ole after a month.

Do people realise that Bellamy was turned away from Cardiff as a youngster for being to small. Having said that he should not have generalised the whole support in his interview and pointed out that it was a minority of idiots

He Came to us From Man city took a huge pay cut and forced a move, turning down Prem teams at the time, Worked his socks off for us that season, and we just missed out, Boy hood club liverpool yes!! like loads of others on this forum were I guess, But he does love his home town team. And I'm pleased to have him, JUST MY VIEW top player in his prime, still has a lot to offer :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

So did the supporters who jeered or boo'd Whittingham show him respect? Some of our fans dish out but can't take it back.

Legend!! We should all get behind the players regardless of how we play

Time to draw a line under what happened and move on
