Ole and Malky

Any chance of a jobshare?

Malky could deal with the defensive side of the game, Ole with the attack.

It works in American Football!

I'm surprised this hasn't been brought into football. Rugby do the same as well. The problem is defending and attacking in football is a team thing, it's difficult to split the two

He needs to take note from Arsene, and how they have improved having Steve Bould work with the defence.

He must have an old mate who could help him out after all those years at ManU....

Always though this about separately managing an attack and defence force.

Ossie Ardilas said he would have 10 strikers in his team and I recall when he took over at Spurs they won there first game 5-4 at Sheff wed I think. It was Klinsmann debut and he got the winner then celebrated by doing his famous diving.

However Ossie did not last there long as although Spurs scored a lot of goals they lost more games than won. Even so it made me wonder if a team should have 2 managers, one for the attack another for the defence. When you think more about it then you immediately think it is more trouble than it is worth.
