Chico Flores -Cheating again

Not for the first time this season Chico has been barely touched but gone down like he has been hit with a hammer.
He got Andy Carroll sent off today though an appeal has gone in. Surely if the appeal shows that the sending off was wrong the the other person ,ie, Chico, should be banned for simulation/cheating.

Tricky one.

The red must stand regardless for intent surely? If Rooney swings a punch at Gerrard and misses he is still going to be sent off. Contact is irrelevant.

No doubt Chico embellished and there is no excuse for that, he has a history of it and its something he has been told about on numerous occasions and there are many losing patience with him. Yellow card is for the offence of simulation however you cant go back and book someone on replays.
