3 wingers ?

Is anyone else out there wondering why we had 3 wingers playing today and only 1 man up front ?

Bellers wasn't playing on the wing.

I see. But bellers will describe himself as a striker in a 2 up top but it's the relatively recent change to the now common 1 striker formation that's meant bellers becoming more of a winger.

Yes , I was disappointed that with two wingers like Zaha and noone we didn't have Frazier and jones in the box to get on the end of some crosses , IMO OGS didn't make the most of their talent today .

Don't know why people are complaining, I thought it was beautiful, our passing was awful so the gaffer brought on players that could drive and counter attack instead and it made us overload their defence.....brilliant

I think the mutch and fabio subs were made thru injury and otherwise we would have seen Campbell which I was hoping for. Then again he probably would have replaced jones. I hoped we would see daehli too but all subs today were forced IMO

I think maybe Daehli would of been a better replacement than Gunnarsson , May of taken some pressure off the defence by holding onto the ball and looking for the pass instead of panicking and giving possession straight back to them . IMO .

Bellars was on the wing but didn't even listen or play where he was told, left John stranded so many times.
