Witts was terrible first half, offers nothing. I have nothing against the guy but he was poor and Ole showed some balls bringing Zaha on for him, which in the end was the right decision as we looked alot sharper and won.
Kenwyne.mJones was emmense for me and something we have lacked all season, someone who can hold the ball up and header the all. His defensive headers were also emmense, so was the celebration
Declan John is another who again impressed me with his attacking runs. Our other fullback fabio had a good game, looked abit rusty but you can see he has class. KTC for me looked like abit of a headless chicken again when he came on.
Turner is worrying, and that all I can say on him. Caulker and Medel defended well. Noony was his usual tricky self and Bellamy put a good shift it contributing with a goal from a good move.
After a poor first half Zaha for me changed the game offering skill and killer passing to play in other players. Witts I'm afraid should not be starting anymore.
The atmospehere in the first half was that of a team who was destined to go down and the fans new it, getting on players backs mainly witts and turner, some vile abusive thrown their way. Not sure what the clapping was about either, were we clapping witts off or Zaha on?
All in all we are in the mix and have a good as chance as any1 of staying in the premier league.
