Without Whitts you wouldn't even have Prem football

So pipe the feck down and start paying respect to true Cardiff City legends like Whitts, Marshall and Hudson.

A legend that stayed with us for years and helped us achieve our aims

A legend that turned down more lucrative offers to stay here

A legend that regards himself as a Cardiffian and loves it here in the city

A legend who has delivered us some of the greatest ever moments this club has ever seen

A legend that has been top scorer in the Championship from midfield

A legend that has never moaned when played out of position which he was today

A legend that has never said a bad word about this club or fans in times of turmoil

---

Whitts has been a great servant to this club. Pay him some respect!

Whitts is a Cardiff City legend and he would thrive playing off big Kenwyne Jones in his true attacking role. A perfect replacement for when Bellamy runs out of gas.

Whitts. :notworthy: :ayatollah:

I would never boo one of our players! But today ole made the right decision taking him off! He had a nightmare! Gave the ball away 4 times in the first 15 mins! Also his free kick was shocking! When he went off I cheered and clapped him thought!

A tactical change should never be the catalyst for such behaviour from the fans. It was disgraceful.

He's not a legend.

You cheered him being subbed? :? I can understand you applauding him - every player being subbed, no matter when, usually gets a round of applause for his efforts - but cheering?

Yes he is. He's more Cardiff than most of the people from Cardiff. There should be a statue of the bloke. He is a true Cardiff City legend.

Whitts getting abuse for playing badly out of position. Does Juan Mata suddenly become rubbish because he's played in CDM/CM and cant influence a game then? No. Whitts in a more attacking position playing off Kenwyne would be running riot in this league. Ole made a tactical change based on the fact Whitts was playing in a makeshift place.
