ticket upgrade

Phoned ticket office to change my boys ticket for an oap ticket, as my boy couldn't go today as he is away with the school. They told me i couldn't do it unless there was a child with me. I was willing to pay any difference but was still told i couldn't do it. So i told them it was their loss as they would have an empty seat, which i wasn't going to let them sell it on.
I then had an idea of phoning back and asking if they had any spare seats in the family stand, to which they replied, yes a few. So i purchaced an oap ticket in one of those spare seats, so now my mate can come and sit by me in my boys seat. So ticket office stick that up your ass you bunch of w..kers.
