Without signing another striker do you think he will have faith in Rhys Healy he scores a lot in development so could be worth a go from the bench Southampton has done the same got rid of osvaldo and kept faith with the youngster up front

I hear a number of our development players are ready for the step up. I just wonder since Ramsey why none of them have made it.

He certainly knows where the net is,whether he can make that step up only Ole can make that shout :ayatollah:

He is a top talent.

Better than eti, corner and gestede.

In fact, the shift of players out by ole is a good thing
We want sharp hungry players on form to dive straight into match squad
If they are needed.

Apart from Matthews an Blake nobody has been good enough. An those two weren't all that good.

because we have had money to spend and pressure to deliver so managers will be less likely to blood youth

Jones only ever had about 18 players worth picking for most of his time here, he had to hope the young players would do the business if the injuries piled up. Malky's never really had that problem.

Yes,I hope Ole has spotted some great talents among the DVP squad and will give them chances in the first team. I get the impression from what you guys write that Healy is a very talented striker.
Ole seems brilliant at getting the best out of any player, especially young talents, and even more so strikers.

Natural born Goalscorer would love to see him on the bench today. :ayatollah:

Think Ole should give him a chance against Wigan, see how he gets on :ayatollah:

Would be massive pressure on a young kids shoulders to thrust him into a relegation war but you can only find out what these kids are made of if you blood them in the thickness of battle. Who knows he may turn into our saviour, time will tell, I trust Ole to make the right choices :ayatollah:

Give him a chance against Wigan I say, in front of a home crowd and nothing to lose. Have Campbell or someone on the bench, Ole has kept a close eye on him. Imagine if he was our saviour! :ayatollah:

It could potentially be a lot of pressure, but quite a lot of younger players, juts enjoy playing and play without fear (like Daehli). OGS, will instil into our players to enjoy playing their natural game and we have seen a transformation in Noone and we will see more of that with many of our other players.

Definitely like to see Healy involved at some point during the Wigan game and played exactly how he would be expected to play in League games.

Who is that hot bouncy girl on the right ? She's making my eyes go  :laughing6:
