Competive football died, when the prem league arrived

Wed Jan 29, 2014 9:54 pm

With sky tv millions enticing rich, very rich oil merchants wanting some of it, started with Chelsea and now Man City, and these owners spunk millions on players and wages while many in thier homelands struggle for food to feed thier families. Wayne Rooney 300k a week, why does anyone need that, and what do can you do with it? Big imbalence in society at moment between those who got more than they need and those almost or actually in the gutter :(

 only if you aren't very good.

We have been in the league for 3 years now. Spent moderately, always turning a profit and are competing just fine. Its nothing to do with money, you have spent your fair shair. I cant remember another newly promoted side spending nearly £60m in a season before

I agree with you, football is very predictable, top clubs horde all the talent. very predictable and dull.
