Solskjaer confirmed the Fabio deal to press yesterday, but said the Zaha loan isn't quite 100% at this point.
They're obviously waiting for that to go through before announcing both as a 'big double signing from Champions Manchester United', just to hype things up.

Or is it complete and we are waiting for confirmation of number 3.
