Do we have enough to stay up?

Wed Jan 29, 2014 2:44 pm

I think yesterday if we had a experienced premier league/ goal scoring striker we could of had something out of that game.. like ole said we lacked the final 3rd and we have all season.

do you think zaha will be enough or do we need more players?

I cant wait for the norwich game on saturday now to me thats make or break.. if we win we can go on a good run with not so tough games as we have had but if we lose i seriously thing that will be it and i know its only february but it will be very tough, heads will drop and the momentum i dont think will be there.

I do think we will win on saturday but we done need people saying its an easy game and a 3-0 cause every time we do that we lose! so 3 points anyway will do sat and then hopefully a decent run including beating the gypos :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

zaha will make things happen. Will it be enough though? will just have to wait and see.

We need to get a few wins on the bounce to lift the morale of the players and fans, rather than be happy with FA Cup wins. What we need is a new RB(unless Fabio can play there) a new CB and a striker

Fabio can play there. Agree on the CB, but not really on the striker.

I think he's right footed so should do anyway, him and John as full backs would suit me, we definitely need a CB whether hes a fringe PL player or a first teamer in the Champ we need someone! We desperately need a striker still, now more than ever since Cornelius is going back, we'll be short on options

Cb definately
happy with full backs although Kev can be short o pace.
striker would be good. Don't think Cornelius was ever an option, f**k knows what went on there!!

Not happy with Kev to be honest, his passing is woeful still and he's still getting made of a mockery of by wingers, Fabio+John would be a fine option

I am just excited about what the new players could bring in.
Fabio and Zaha will bring pace, flair and dribbling. Noone got some of the same already. Campbell got pace and high work rate. Jones will bring presence in the form of strength/power and pace. There will be a lot of pace in the team overall.

Dæhlie seems to be an upcoming Januzay, very technical and hard to contain for the opposition. Eikrem is a deep playmaker and in the same category as Whittingham. Berget is creative and well rounded and comparable to Kimbo... I believe some of the Norwegians can add creativity.

What's really lacking is a proven goalscorer, a great clever finisher. And also one premiership level center half.
