preparing for the Drop

Wed Jan 29, 2014 1:22 pm

With rumours regarding A-Corns return to Copenhagen gathering pace are we preparing for relegation, because if we go down the last thing we will need is useless £45,000 flop on the wage bill

I would say we are getting a fee before other teams realise just how shit he really is

No just getting rid of dead wood, no point in keeping him if he cant hack it and the £45 grand a week can go towards another player :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

lol i think we are just getting rid an getting some money back while we can, for whatever reason he just cant get going over here an must be unhappy

i think his old club are the only team in the world who will pay a fee for him. I would like to loan him out, but who the hell is going to even pay half of his 45k a week. Also if he flops at a mid table championship club and ends up on the bench we are really stuck with someone we can't shift then in the summer

i think the wages we are giving him is far worse than the overpayment in itself.

45k a week for someone from a small league, young untested player, its f*cking madness.

he should have been happy enough in the premier league on 20k a week MAX

He was on 6k per week at Copenhagen at we upped it to 45k......no wonder Tan refused to give Malky anymore money.

Im wondering if Tan did to Malky what Malky did to him.

Employee someone crap to do an important job.

A-Corn a crap striker
Weird decorater as head of recruitment.

BUT HE'S ONE FOR THE FUTURE AND AN ABSOLUTE STAR OF A PLAYER. GIVE HIM ANOTHER 6 YEARS AND HE'LL COME GOOD.

No we are in a dogfight.........and its going down to the last few games..........enjoy it, we are in the premier league, what did you expect ?? there are 8-9 other teams in it with us........staying up can be as exiting as winning promotion. :ayatollah:

If we're losing him OGS has to be looking at getting another forward in. FC and KJ may be good players but two strikers is not enough, unless he's counting Berget...

Not the lads fault we offered him £45k though, is it?

If we don't get a CB we are down. As it stands looking at people out of contract and who we might lose to other Prem sides we are in pretty good stead to bounce back (looking at QPR) assuming money to spend and VT not pulling more circus stuff I'm pretty confident Cardiff would go back up.

But to stay in this league a CB is integral.

of course its not, the blame is firmly with the people in charge at the time.

I feel like the club has been conned.

I think you'll find his agent asked for it on his behalf or possibly more and £45K was the amount both party's settled on, so yes it is his fault
