Mutch Injury Killed Us

As soon as Mutch went down, we lost all momentum and never really fully got it back.

I really feel like a few key subs could have really surged us forward before this injury.

Toss in another injury to Hudson less than 20 minutes later and we're forced to use another sub.


Feels like just some bad luck for us, could see we were building up to something prior to that injury.



Regardless - feel like we played fairly well against a strengthened Man U team. Anyways onto the next game - lets do thisssssss!

Sorry - don't mean that we shoudl have tossed in subs before the injury - just that the injury took the wind out of our sails and forced us to use a sub (and shortly after another one).

I was thinking the game plan for OGS was to weather the storm of Mata/RVP until they get subbed off (they probably take Mata off sooner if they don't get that 2nd goal) and once they are toss in a few subs of our own to really push the pace.

In my head that looks like a good strategy - but of course has risks associated with it, which obviously happened with the injury and the 2nd goal.
