regardless if its dont today they will probably say that neither can play .

I thought that was for only 3pm KO's, for evening KO's I think it could be before midnight. Didn't Leicester do it last season with Woods? I remember everyone wondering on here how he could play and someone got the answer from the FA in an email. Granted it may be different for the PL.

He wouldn't be aloud to play either way would he? From what I have read he will first be loaned out to us and depending on how the season pans out then sign for a free?

We are buying him. He can't be loaned as Zaha is a loan and you can't have two loans from the same club in the prem.
