Those who are driving up tomorrow....

Have you pre booked parking? Or just driving up and hoping to find a space/car park? What's your plan?
I'm driving up with the kids but haven't sorted parking yet.

is there an away end for parking?? I thought parking was a nightmare near there - my boss lives locally and is a ST holder for Man U, he recommended where I'm going - I'm parking near the tramstop in Altrincham - direct to Old Trafford cricket ground, 10 minute walk to the football stadium, tram takes 12 minutes or so.

Park in Lancashire Cricket Club or the Stretford Leisure Centre, both venues are only a 5min walk to the ground.

catching the train again - Bridgend to Piccadilly direct. It worked really well for Man City, but staying over this time due to it being a night game. If this goes to plan too, I'll probably do all my aways by train as I really enjoyed not having to drive for a nine hour round trip last time.

Thinking of parking in the media centre or the Lowry shopping centre. 10-15 min walk but faster get away after the game.

Were driving up and had pre-booked parking which cost us £9 but saves alot of stress trying to find places to park.

Park at Old Trafford cricket ground, straight up the road from there 5/10 min max

doing similar - only downside might be waiting for the tram back after the match, though getting away from Altrincham much easier than leaving Old Trafford
