iTunes

Anyone else having problems installing the latest itunes update. Seems to fry the old version as well so left without itunes completely. Trying some solutions posted on forums at mo, very frustrating

If anyone has a message about mobile directory or dll error like I did and it stops you installing (or it installs but wont launch) you have to go into the control panel and uninstall all the apple stuff including itunes and bonjour. Theres about 4 entries that need to be uninstalled. Then try again, I right clicked on the new downloaded intunes exec file and installed as an administrator. Worked for me at last and my library doesnt seem to have been affected.

Seems to be a common problem with this update looking at the apple forums
