I can see where you are coming from but, rightly or wrongly I put a lot of the blame on his ol man. I think Oly seems to be doing alright at the moment so I'm happy with his choices and its refreshing to have what appears to be an extremely tactically aware manager. He has got a hell of a job on to keep us up but I am quietly confident.
