Yes it's not his fault but if true what was malky thinking I don't mind what we paid for him as he is young and has got potential but £45000 a wk is way way over the top I am shocked if true and a big error by malky

The first decision lies with his club. Cornelius was given permission to speak to us as the highest bidder. CSKA would have had no opportunity to out a contract in front of him.

We had the blessing of his club, he wanted Prem football so we were always the favourites. I cannot see it took 45k to persuade him to come here.

Not when you take into account age and experience. We paid for the potential, like Man U did with Zaha.

Wages are different with players of their age. If we were talking an experienced striker who had cut it in the PL then it would make sense.

Interesting to know what Zaha is on at Man U or what Fraizer is paid.
